Do you suffer with back or neck pain, either caused by injury or bad posture during the day and you still wake up with the same pain and stiffness? These are often the symptoms resulting from a lack of support or stress on the spine from incorrect sleeping position. The Therapeutica sleeping pillow is the only pillow with a patented design to let you sleep comfortably and ultimately keeps your upper back, head and neck in the correct spinal alignment, whether you sleep on your back or side. The ergonomic design works for each sleeping position, back, side or both and the result is a more sound sleep and much less tendency to wake with pain, stiffness and many of the symptoms resulting from lack of support.
This product is a great investment considering you sleep one third of your life away....

Whiplash Injury / TMJ Sufferers For sleep on your back, the cradling effect of the design is highly beneficial for these conditions. The Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow provides a more secure sleeping position to help prevent movement of the head from one extreme to the other which could aggravate the condition.
Anti-Ageing There is a direct connection between how you sleep and wrinkles. Many dermatologists believe that sleeping face down on a pillow or primarily on one side, body weight and gravity will cause creases in your skin overtime. These diagonal lines found from your forehead to your chin are called “sleep crush” lines. By sleeping on your back, these lines are reversible and also promotes good lymphatic drainage in the face, if you have a tendency to suffer with under-eye bags. If you find it difficult to sleep on your back, the centre cavity feature of the Therapeutica pillow helps to comfortably support your head to maintain a back sleeping position as recommended by two leading dermatologists (see excerpt from Katie Rodan, M.D. and Kathy Fields, M.D. book “Write your skin a prescription for change”) Link to PDF

Well it’s been a month sleeping on my new pillow and I love it! I was the customer with two prolapsed discs in my neck.
Since I’ve been using the pillow I have had fantastic sleep and my condition has improved a good 60-70 percent.
Will definitely recommend it to other people and my specialist next time I see him. Thank you.
